Think about it. 18,000 #'s, aerodynamics of a brick, 15 liter diesel engine putting out 550 HP and 2000# of torque.... And our cars aren't doing much better in fuel efficiency? We consider twice that to be fairly fuel efficient? Wow..

Last winter i drowe in 8" of slushy snow in a front wheel drive Toyota Celica. Good tyres and use only of 2 and 4 gear(manual) and no problem!
