Can someone give me Sparksnotes? I just beat the game for the first time so I haven't played NG+ so I don't know if this is possible with NG+ but how are you able to defeat the Time Devourer before all these other events that happened on Disc 1?

Also, are there only two available endings for a normal game: the Chrono Cross ending where you free the chica and the other where you just kill the Time Devourer?

I'd choose Harle over Kid any day. At least Harle was actually useful and was a well developed character, while Kid was barely in it at all even though she was supposed to be really important.

In all my ...year of playing Chrono cross, I've never seen this ending. o __e;; Well then again there are so many different things that you may or may not encounter along the way, so it's hard to get a straight course anyways;;

Man, most of these endings are pretty unfulfilling.

I guess that's what you get when you generate endings based on Chrono Trigger. Loads of fun random encounters with nothing much to speak of.

Thrree more endings.

- Defeat TD after Harle leaves and before FATE is killed.

- Defeat TD after Serge receives Mastermune and gets his body back and before FATE is killed.

- Defeat TD after FATE is killed but before TD's first form is defeated (without using the Chrono Cross).

Ok...this was actually a bad ending if you ask me...Dark Serge has now got himself a Dark Army and is starting to conquer the world, and just as Lynx (really Serge) and Harle are starting to settle down and get away from everything, Kid shows up and wants to kill Lynx (again, really Serge)...I can guess the outcome of the fight with Kid and Lynx...Kid wins because Lynx won't fight back (because Lynx is Serge).

Yeah, but Harle is there too. If she starts to win against Lynx Harle'll probably take Kid out herself.

It is kind of funny how Kid and Harl are clones of the same person and seem to instantly hate each other.

I don't think that Serge would fight Kid, he'd probably either speak and try to explain or let her kill him so she could have her revenge.

Evidently the Dragoons were NOT successful. Remember that just after the intiial body switch, Kid figured out what was going on. Presumably, the only reason she allied with Dark Serge after this is because Dark Serge put a spell on her brainwashing her--this is the most commonly accepted theory. If here she still thinks that Serge in Lynx's body is the real Lynx, then she must still be under Dark Serge's spell. Quite a depressing ending, if you ask me.
