how do you use the siren and the airhorn at the same time? Have you turned on siren with ELS, then held the horn button down (to do airhorn) or is there another mod to do it?

I've got primary ELS lights at numpad multiply, secondary on subtract, ELS siren on numpad plus, and the native siren and car horn on num pad enter, so I just hit enter when there's an idiot in my way.
