A-ha! Love this song, and a super job on the video! If we keep preachin' Amon Duul 2, the word will spread. Anybody interested in late 60's and early 70's psychedelia will surely find some entertainment in Amon Duul 2.
@beatrixkiddofof Saw Hawkwind in the early 70's, have lots of their stuff and am a huge fan. Know and love lots of stuff from the late 60's p.a.g.e. bands, but not sure what you mean by canterbury scene. P.S. I only know millions...several short of billions...LOL!
@musicaldun1 canterbury you must know them. wilde flowers, soft machine, caravan, matching mole, arzachel(uriel), gong, camel.. psych-prog scene of canterbury(england)
@beatrixkiddofof I know and like Soft Machine and especially Gong. I've heard of Camel, but not the other 4. I didn't know any of them were specifically from Canterbury, thanks for the info...I'll be a researchin'.
@Markinks1 first heard this song in about 1980/81 when I was about 15. it was on a late nite rock show. possibly tommy vanve on radio 1 or the local rock show on metro newcastle. great to hear it again
