I personally started doing a backflip with a wall, it gave me a sense that if im running up the wall already and my body is 90-180 degress turned already why not go the full way, and free running is easy and fun as long as you give yourself the correct momentum and really dont give a rats ass if you fall, you take more breaks if you smoke like me tho lol
