cont, this guy is okay, but flat and somewhat off key. I could go on and on listing jazz great who have the ability to interpret a jazz song ( or Improvise) and it's amazing, leaves you breathless. He falls short!

yep Kurt is the best jazz singer around right now, he takes alot of flack for being a shmaltzy cartoon robot sometimes, but the reality is he is just heads above everyone else for technique and imagination and he's taken it way past where Mark Murphy left it.
The Group After 7, now they improvise and interpret jazz music, and they are amazing.

its just about new and subjective stuff... there are no official patterns at all!
