I know a girl who I've photographed (arguably prettier than twiggy) who has about the same exact body type and people at our school just can't get enough of how cute and tiny she is...I think when a girl is naturally built like that and pulls it off it can be very charming and attractive, but if a girl tries too hard to be a thin waif by becoming annotexic or something it's just annoying and repulsive, even a little pathetic.
