This is the best video I've seen on Youtube. HCR6 has my full support. The federal government works for the citizens the citizens don't work for the federal goverment. We hire our government they are on our payroll. We don't elect our masters but rather we hire civil servants to do what we want done. HCR6 is an intellegently thought out bill that was well presented as is shown here.
