  • Fox news, bringing laughter and Fiction to the masses !

  • I CANT HEAR THIS VIDEO AT ALL. WTF JESUS/JAYAR?

  • Hahahaha "they dont bow in england, but he bows here" fucking moron? its the custom, u show respect by accepting and following thru on customs when you are visiting a forign country. the comentator who doesnt get it is a moron.

  • What the FUCK is up with the SUBTITLES ?!?!?!?!?!?

  • Hussein Obama is illegitimate pREZIDET United States and a resident of the Jewish Mafia, born citizen KENYA!

    Huseyin Obama Mafioso!

For the organization of disaster in the Gulf of Mexico, it should hang on the Gulf of Mexico!

    And it kompanenami as Rothschild!

And why are not shown how he bowed before his godfather, the King of Saudi Arabia

  • haha the right wing is so incredibly dumb

  • TYT gets it wrong again! Shaking hands and bowing is not the custom within China, you fool!

Especially if you are a leader you don't bow to another leader, that translates your inferiority.

  • Well look where being liberial has got our country today, if you want to be scared dont go see a scary movie, or haunted house... Go google the unemployment rate

  • wow. someone on fagnews actually referred to him as PRESIDENT obama for a change. I guess when he does something that they feel is blasphemous or anti-american suddenly hes the president.

  • btw cheney doesnt bow, bcuz an egotistic asshole without respect for cultures..

  • Funny how those Fox douchebags forgot that the Japanese emperor also makes a bow...

  • "Well, unsurprisingly, Japan has just taken Louisiana". Bahaha. Love it.

  • obongo is a fag too.

  • Obama is a disgrace to America, and all those who voted for that illegal felon clown has to be retarded, or just an outright fool.

  • @NWO20122012 go take a nap dude, you're starting to get fussy

  • These guys are dumbasses.

  • damn, he is just showing the guy respect and politeness. he was not being subserviant. he was not showing weakness. i bow to asian people whenever i meet them too. its courtesy. get some culture under your belt people

  • @BeingNobody1956 You bow to Asian people you meet?

Hilarious! Do they start muttering in their language and smirk?

  • Oh bloody hell!

Bowing is the traditional Japanese way of greeting. It's also a gesture in Arabic cultures, accompained by the right hand patting the chest meaning all kinds of positive things like ''It's great to see you.'' or ''I'm doing well.''

If Akihito-sama, a man with a strong sense of Japanese traditions, choose to shake Obama's hand, it's only natural that such a gesture should be given back.

Ps: This rant was solely towards those Fox bigots.

    Damn, they pissed me of.

  • I DON'T C WATS THE BIG DEAL!!!

    Hi

  • Hmm... let's see, why would I mind our dignified president for doing his cultural research and showing respect to foreign country leaders.... you know, the people with whom he will be trying to influence on larger issues later? I guess it's a tough one... a president with strategic foreign relations moves, let's see....

  • That was such a ridiculous "issue" to bring up. Obama was showing RESPECT. ARGHHH! It's so frustrating to have FOX turn nothing into a mountain.

  • herp derp american presidents dont bow for anyone herp derp

  • He shouldn't have bowed because thats disrespecting the Chinese, Koreans, Every single country in south Asia, the Dutch, and Americans.

  • @34601k how? hes just showing respect

  • 5:41 What is that soundbite from, it sounds familiar.

  • The Emperor is the Head of State of Japan, Mr. Rove.

  • So you can do better Cenk Uygur?

  • Being polite is only good for foreign policy. The kick everyone's ass policy that the Bush administration used only created world-wide animosity for the U.S. When did humility become bad for America's image. Deflate your ego, Fox.

  • so how has obama getting into 2 wars helped?

  • @ybulldog14 The hell are you talking about? Bush pushed forward international relations to a whole new level with nations such as Russia in an attempt to create a stabilized friendship between our two international super powers. Meanwhile, Obama's administration has dropped the ball on international policy. And BOWING is not a sign of respect, it's a sign of submission to somebody who is superior than your self. National leaders are EQUAL, therefore none should bow to the other. stfu

  • I'm really surprised they made such a big deal out of the bow... O_O I'm a Japanese-American citizen and over here (Japan) the majority of us have a big thing for respect. Though a bow that low wasn't necessary, showing respect means a lot over here and we all understand that people from different cultures do things differently. So it usually earns respect from our side when others make efforts to be polite. Isn't respect for eachother the goal in the long-run? TYT always amuses me. xD

  • @Drennix I figure the bow to that extent was him being respectful, but since he wasn't raised in Japan, he wasn't sure how far he was suppose to go and erred on the side of caution. I figure that maybe the president and emperor would be on semi equal statue so maybe a more shallow bow would have been more appropriate, but if I'm wrong, please correct my ignorance.

  • Me being Japanese, I can say that Dick Cheyney not bowing was a dick move (pun). But, the fact that it's not at all relevant and he isn't part of that culture makes me not give a rat's ass, and if I were to see video of Cheyney and the emperor, him not bowing would be the LAST thing that comes to my mind.

Seriously, a big FUCK YOU to Faux News.

  • I don't see why everyone was offended, he simply respected the culture. Ahh right-wing-ers frighten me sometimes

  • Why didn't he bow to the Queen of England.

This dude is such I just might become a racist toward his race.

  • wow this host's a liberal douche, NO other leaders bow to the Emperor, Obama showed weakness in bowing. It is a serious thing and this asshole just passes it off like its nothing.

  • @ThatOHkid Im sure they do, if you notice the emperor shook his hand thats only a western greeting as the bow is a greeting in the east. Theres nothing wrong with being respectful, we expect it from them but you also have to give respect in order to recieve it.

  • @ThatOHkid In What way is it serious?

  • Oh wow, he bowed, calm the fuck down.

  • next time he should do a nice curtsey

  • im glad i gave young turks another shot. i didnt agree with the report on o'reilly, but this one is spot on. as a republican im ebarrassed to hear this crap. obama has just earned extra respect from em by showing proper respect to others. these reports against showing respect by bowing are childish. good call turks

  • Unbelievable... Fox even puts "some say" in its chyron headlines on the lower 3rd of the screen. They have always used "some say" with their commentators and personalities and now this. Fucking morons.

  • This is how the republican party win elections they blow up small issues and ignore the real issues. I'm not a democrat but I really don't the the republican party.

  • @ChrisTwitty

It's what both parties do, it's not just a GOP thing. Both parties are a total disgrace to the Constitution. We are all fucked as a country because of the out of control orgy spending/debt they have laid at our feet. If our government did what they did in the private sector, they would be behind bars.

  • @ChrisTwitty you really dont the the republican party?

  • Haha your total faith in partisanship is really adorable. Have a nice life Bertha from Puerto Rico. I'll make sure my kids go to school there so they can learn presidential protocol

  • Comment removed

  • We are totally gonna be attacked again now thanks to Obama bowing. His gesture of cultural understanding shows our enemies how weak we have become. I saw muslims shopping today. What's next? People marrying their pets?!

  • At least he didnt throw up in his lap..

  • you young turks are dense and proud of it...your ignorance knows no bounds...keep up the good work...Obama needs doofuses like you...

what will you say when Barack orders our flag to be dipped in deference to another country's flag?

oh I know...you'll trash the Right...keep up the good work

  • mctarmac is correct. there's so many people with the wrong idea about other cultures and the correct way to show respect, and what it really means to them and to other countries around the world. he is weak, and that's dangerous.

Obama has no clue, which is why he is now the laughing stock of the world.

since japan is great at most things in marketing, they'll probably have the "novelty joke Obama bowing doll" available just before Christmas.

what a completely clueless dolt obama is.

  • Hi tomstube, feeling a little edgy? Did your skateboard break? Poor little man. Your comment proves my point. How can anyone respond to such grown-up stated ideas like yours? It must be great to be so witty, yet so humble. Did you even think of what you said? At all? Not one cogent articulant arguement from you. Please, go back to your bong, or whatever keeps you from thinking, and by all means, please don't have any children. Your parents must be SO proud. Our son, the retard. Ahhhh.....

  • Funny how I've gotten yelled at for wearing a cap inside a building. Or even hated for not giving the perfect handshake.

Yet these people are the same ones who go apeshit over the president extending respect to another leader.

  • Obama also bows this way to William Ayers and Rev. Jeremiah Wright.

  • he the man is just trying to be nice~ nothing wrong with being well mannered.

  • ya i remember when manners were a good thing now people appear weak when they have good manners

  • it's only manners when you do it right.

  • Does Obama have a back problem or.....

Does he enjoy sucking up to foreigners?

  • the Japaneses media have been making fun of his bow this whole week and called his trip a failure.

I do have a question though does this mean he is admitting he bowed to the King of Saudi Arabia? or is he still denying that ever happened?

There is an interesting video out there called 46 hand shakes and 1 bow. It shows 46 world leaders all shaking hands with the Emperor of Japan and only one person bowing.... so it seems it is not common for heads of state to bow to the emperor.

  • Lumping "The Japanese Media" in one groups hardly fair. Some media outlets have criticized it whether others have praised it. No it's not common for leaders to bow, does that make it wrong to do it? Not really,

  • you are right it isn't all Media but it is the majority. If you read some of the Japaneses news blogs you would see this.

Not only is it not common for leaders to bow it is common for the ones who do to bow correctly. For god sakes he is making G W look worldly.

But the question is now that he has clearly bowed to the Emperor is he going ot admit that he also bowed to the King of Saudi Arabia ?

  • It's a violation of Presidential protocol, the United States President does not bow to foreign potentates.

  • Yeah it's a violation to practice another cultures form of greeting. The emperor shook Obama's hand too. I bet the Japanese feel utterly betrayed right now

  • It's not only a violation of 200+ years of established Presidential protocol, it was also a violation of the Japanese rules for bowing, you don't bow and shake hands simultaneously nor is the President supposed to bow to a 90% angle. Maybe the Japanese aren't feeling betrayed but you're forgetting who is, the elderly WW2 vets who fought in the Pacific. I guess cultural sensitivity trumps everything they fought for huh? Why don't you go commit hare Kare for the cultural experience?

  • You've done a great job of memorizing all of Fox news' talking points. I agree with you, let's impeach Obama now for bowing. It's the single most important political issue our country is facing right now, far more important than the healthcare debate and even still more pressing than the thousands of vets who have been denied benefits since the war with Iraq began. Oh and it's spelled "hara-kiri" but the proper term is seppukku but it's okay, I dont expect you to know since fox never mentioned

  • I heard nothing from FOX news regarding Obongo's absolutely ridiculous bowing, and it is ridiculous! Who the fuck won WW2 anyhow? I never said it was the most important issue so please stop putting words in my mouth. What I said is the truth, it is a clear violation of protocol! Can't handle the truth? I also never mentioned socialized health care nor any benefits denied Iraqi vets, so what the fuck are you barking up my tree about that for? I don't give a fuck if my Japanese isn't up to par.

  • Haha nice. You know during WWII it was against protocol for anyone other than a Japanese general to even look at the emperor so again, I bet the Japanese feel totally betrayed right now. So let's ignore that we were at war with a Japanese autocracy and not the current democratic parliamentary system in place now. Impeach Obama now! Hahaha you heard nothing from Fox news, not even the points in this video. I guess you're just an idiot then, which makes sense now.

  • Presidential Protocol doesn't allow for the President to bow before foreign potentates regardless of how friendly or belligerent they happen to be. Your argument is about as weak as they get therefore being that you live in a glass house you shouldn't be out throwing rocks.

  • I know I know, but I'm learning to make stronger arguments. "Let's take what we learned in presidential protocol class from 'elementary school' and impeach Obama for betraying our WWII vets for bowing. America is great and bows to NO ONE!"

I'm getting better at arguing and not committing logical fallacies now :)

  • Better yet, let's make a vet part of the Presidents entourage when he travels abroad and every time he acts on his urge to bow to some foreign potentate, the vets job would be to kick him square in his ass till he stands up straight. Most of us know he's not Presidential material but he could at least pretend. The United States is a secular democracy that doesn't recognize the "divine right of kings" therefore the President does not bow to them.

  • But he can kiss them right? Hahaha I love this country. Socialism for the rich, Capitalism for the poor and Partisanship for all (let's all have a fight on the internet about a bow and a handshake.)

  • Sounds fair, but I don't see how in either case it really does anything bad. It just makes the President of the US look like a polite asshole, and isn't that what the US president is?

  • FOX news? WTF? I learned about Presidential Protocols in elementary school in the late 60's and early 70's before commie liberal types invaded the school system in droves. FOX news?

  • Lol I totally remember in elementary school that one class on presidential protocol stating that a president shouldn't bow. I think I got an A on that report, saying "a president shouldn't bow, america is the greatest and best and people should bow to us." Before those damned 'liberals!' Obama should be impeached! After all, we were attacked with airplanes when he and Rice, and Cheney and Rumsfeld all had reports warning him! Now we're in two wars and major debt to china. All obama's fault!

  • That's right, established Presidential Protocol does not permit the President to fly around the world bowing to every potentate he comes across but hey, it's all about "change" with Obama isn't it? The articles of impeachment against Obama do not mention 9/11 or any percieved intelligence failures relating to that event, nor do they attempt to blame him for Iraq or Afghanistan or even the national debt that he increased exponentially with the stimulus. They are about his lies & criminal pals.

  • Totally! Criminal pals like Saudi Arabia where a woman will be stoned to death for tryng to get an education. I remember when he visited the Saudi's a number of year back Obama kissed the king and held his hand and signed a pipeline deal, all of which are against presidential protocol.

Seriously, if you're going to speak out against Obama why not do it on something that he legitametly did that was wrong, like nationlizing the fed?

  • So it's better to violate protocol in private than in public? That sounds totally valid and acceptable. So you would also agree that Bush ordering that the Bin Ladens be privately flown out of the country before the FBI could question them for 9/11 was also acceptable because it was private? Personally I find it fascinating that none of the actual bad things Obama has done have been reported by any major news outlet including fox. Probably because the people who benefit own the news.

  • Hahaha you think Bush would have either? Or you aware that Osama bin lade has a couple trillion dollars of stock in our country? Can you imagine what it would do to our economy if that money magically dissapeared? So if someone killed your whole family god forbid you'd be okay with the police not asking that persons family any questions? If you're okay with that, that's cool but for me it's a little inefficient except where the money is concerned

  • The articles of impeachment against Obama have nothing to do with his ridiculous bows and everything to do with his lying.

    read

    Obamaimpeachment ddot org

  • Do I even need to add that the handshake with a bow is completely incorrect and the first rule of bowing, culturally ignorant is all he is.

  • Wow Cenk , why do you have to make your self look like such an idiot? Worse yet you obviously know nothing of Japanese culture.

WITHIN Japanese culture, that was the incorrect bow, his was a bow of apology and submission, not the correct 15 degree bow.

FURTHERMORE as you can see with every other world leader, state leaders do not bow! This is well established diplomatic protocol that obviously Obama has no clue of.

  • Bowing is a sign of respect and a custom in Japan like shaking hands here, you morons. Both Bushes did the same thing when Japanese dignitaries were here. George HW Bush doing it before he puked in the lap of one at a state dinner.... LOL!

  • There are rules to bowing in Japan and Obama was clearly ignorant of them, his deep ridiculous bow was embarrassing to the Japanese. The Japanese press is even refusing to run the photo in most cases because it makes Obama look like a weakling and they need him to be strong.

  • Um, I saw the photo in a few newspapers and online Japanese blogs, and since when do the JAPANESE people need an AMERICAN President to be strong? Fair and level-headed maybe. The main criticism of the bow was the fact that he shook hands at the same time.

  • Um, I didn't say ALL Japanese newspapers where not running the photo, I said SOME are refusing to run the photo. The JAPANESE people need a strong AMERICAN President ever since the United States dismantled their military at the conclusion of WW2 and took over military defense of the archipelago. There is an etiquette to bowing in Japan that should be observed but then again Obongo never seems to observe etiquette anyhow and you would probably give him a pass for any breach of it imaginable.

  • Vomiting is not a voluntary but bowing over like a peon is!

  • its fucking idiotic to make an issue out of this.........Fuck this guy on tv.........

  • Just another in a long line of Obama fuck ups!

  • ah yes, racist StinkingCracker is back. with the usual racist obama hating. you don't know shit dumbass, lmao, now you're an expert on japanese bowing? i lived over there for 4 years, and you're a fucking clueless racist idiot. go fuck yourself you racist teabagger.

  • Actually, the Emperor should rather bow deep (and deeper) to Obama. It's all a matter of history, remember? The American war criminals took care in 1945 that Japan remained a Monarchy (and fascistic). So the fascists (in Japan, I mean) have something to be grateful towards the USA about.

The rest of this broadcast and the presenter etc. is about the most idiotic claptrap that TV can bring.

  • Just adding my comment, and probably repeating many others, but . . .

It's JAPAN! Doesn't matter who you are, you always bow in greeting, and you bow deeper to people of prominence. Children bow deeply to elders. Old ladies on the street bow to each other.

    Idiots. *sigh*

  • Sorry your completely incorrect, like Obama you seem to gain your knowledge of Japanese culture from The Karate Kid.

  • Sure he did not lose his contact lense?

  • no tongue kiss dude , but bedwens in saudi arabia have the nose kiss which is touching noses as a kiss.

  • O is a domestic enemy of the US. His policies are anti-US, and a product of corrupt chicago politics. He doesn't like the constitution, he insults the Bible, (the point being he wouldn't do that to any other religion) he's proven that he's a racist, compare the caimbridge incident of " he acted stupidly" without knowing details, and in the slaughter of Fort Hood by a Muslim "we must not rush to judgement"? Pathetic. Typical. He said jobless rate woudn't go over 8% and no one asking him about it

  • stfu 4001XBASS, everything you commented on is idiot bullshit obama hating. now your blaming him for ft hood? fuck you bitch. you people are flaming idiots who blame obama for what bush did to this country. speaking of jumping to conclusions, and how is he "insulting the bible'? fuck the bible, it's fake bullshit anyway. i'm getting sick of you fucking classless brain-dead idiots and your racist fucking hater teabag fucking shit, you can all suck liberal dick, pussy ass lying haters.

  • I may sound like I do not like O. It's correct, I do not, but some people will assume that I hate all democrats, and I do not. We have to come together and make decisions based on what the politicians are actually doing, not what they "say" they're going to do, or have done. I really wanted O to do well, but like every other politician, he told us lies just to get in the WH, and then his true agenda has surfaced. There are so many good people that could've been pres, but THIS is what we have?

  • @callme nameless.

Yes, I said O is an elitist. Yes, I also said he has marxist ideals. What part of that is incorrect? You sound like you believe that it isn't possible to be both. It's a typical "You all must sacrifice" but of course, HE never has to. Obama's philosophy of "do as I say, not as I do" is repugnant. We all must sacrifice? The way HE and his wife do? Check out the cost of his meals and her clothes, for example. A very SMALL example of the mindset. It's elitist "Let them eat cake."

  • this is the only video on youtube that i still cant hear with my volume all the way up... good job

  • In the Netherlands we have a Queen and you better bow Obama! LOL

  • "hes not even the head of state"

    what a fucking idiot

  • When you go to someones house you respect the customs, when they come to your house they respect yours.

What would you think about someone coming to your house and walking in without knocking, going to the fridge to get a beer, and sit beside you and take the remote and start flicking through the channels? Would you think "gosh darnit, I respect this guy"?

... Hey maybe that is why many sotherners like/need guns.

    :P

  • reading at you guys comments no wonder US is f***** *p in international relations.Karl Rove is the same as Bush a mercenary and then you wonder why the rest of the world hates America. It's a gesture of respect and a plus to fortify the ties between two countries, it means you know their tradition...

  • The problem is that the bow is too deep. Only people that are lower in status than the emperor bow at this level. The president of the US does not need to do this! They are the same level of stature! What a moron! No Experience what so ever! Thank you people for voting this nutless tea bag in to office!

  • No offense but Obama is harvard law graduate he knows international relations unlike your stupid president George bush who got a degree from Yale Univ .. in History !! LOL stupid conservatives

  • cleaner than the democrats at least they are not trying to take god out of everything and promote homosexuality in its place like the democrats are.

  • lol they're hardly promoting homosexuality, and plus the U.S. is a secular country, free to preach for God, or for none.

  • He's not showing respect. They are on equal power levels, which means he does not have to bow.

And I believe this is not the first time a president has been criticized for this, i.e. Clinton.

Maybe you should learn more about Japanese culture.

  • Well, Limbaugh said the emperor bowed first. That does not, however, seem to be the case. I actually took the time to look into this. Obama should be embarrassed. I wouldn't think it a big deal if he bowed; that's rather like a handshake in Japan. It might also be appropriate to have bowed deeply. They're both heads of state, but the emperor is much older than Obama. But you don't bow and shake hands at the same time. If he was going to do it, he should have found out how to do it properly.

  • lol, cenk, dubya could be your best impersonation... "hey emperor uh, toyota, hi ya doin, mr. honda.. mr hituputu".

yep, bush held hands with a saudi dignitary. also, there's pics of republican stalwarts like richard nixon and dwight d eisenhower bowing as well.

just more proof fixed news is not news, but an arm of the republican party.

  • ck out PoliticalECHOES on Facebook

  • omg! Did Bush really tounge kiss that guy?!?! lol, I never knew that!

  • Cheney 2012?

I thought the movie was only named 2012...

  • what's wrong with showing respect?

  • Cheney-Palin or Palin-Cheney 2012???

    no fucking way, completely intolerable

if either of those actually won i really would move to canada

  • actually in japanese culture your bow should match the depth of the other person unless they have higher standing than you then you bow deeper than they do. you can see obama was going down much farther than the japanese emperor.. thats a sign of inferiority. Yet he didnt bow nearly as deep for the emperors wife.. very strange.. either way i dont really care cuz im canadian lol

  • you're partly right, the depth is a measure of respect, but there are several interpretations of bowing. claiming obama was showing a "sign of inferiority", is nonsense.

one must take into account the standing of the two men. now, why would obama cower to a japanese emporer? there's no call for it, so how can it even be percieved that way?

  • bowing is like shaking hands in North America...thoes political people are dumb

  • atleast when obama bows ITS NOT TO DODGE A SHOE!!!!!

  • Who is the asshole who does the sound editing for TYT ??!!??!! One week he has the volume jacked up so high, my windows are rattling with the speakers barely on, then this week the volume is set so low that I literally have the speakers set all the way up and Cenk is nothing but a whisper ... except during commercials and at the end when he plugs the show; Then its back to normal (of course since I have the speakers set to high now, the neighbors are knocking on the door with noise complaints)

  • Seriously! Im listening to this video with the volume all the way up and i can barely hear it with headphones on. Someone fix it please :(

  • paragshah2112 ,yeah. it's annoys me.

    they need to fix it.

  • I remember when US presidents would just throw up in Japanese dignitaries ala George Bush Snr

  • seriously... republicans are in an uproar because President Obama showed respect to the Emperor of Japan? Goes to show you how stupid republicans are on other countries customs.

  • people act like he bowed down to the leader of iran. its japan people, we already kicked there ass. who cares if he bowed its a show of respect. we pretty much own japan.

  • Well their women are hotter, so... yeah. I think they owned us there.

  • Is it me or is this video really quiet?

  • lived in japan for a while because my pops was in the military and bowing isnt a sign of submission its a show of respect.

  • Most of these clowns probably consider themselves "Christians," too. Maybe they should be reminded of the story of Jesus washing the beggar's feet...

  • lol @ yohan

What do you expect from FOX?

  • I lol'd.

A bow causes this much concellation?

Americans must have truely nothing news-worthy.

  • In a nation of over 300 million citizens, 791 people (those who've commented) is an exceedingly small number. So I wouldn't exactly say ... "this much concellation".

  • So what's your point?

  • What the hell? Do they really believe what they are saying? Talk about a joke man.

  • lol the head of state is exactly what the emperor of japan is

  • The internet is abuzz! ...with the ignorance of republicans.

  • don't forget the blindness of Democrats and the lies / propaganda of Liberals!

  • How the fuck do you go from Obama bowing to foreign leaders to blindness, lying, and propaganda?

  • Hey Bones0.

Apparently I have to explain it to you. I'll use VERY small words so you'll understand.

"blindness, lying, and propaganda", as you put it, was a direct response to your comment of "the ignorance of republicans".

Do you understand that? Or should I draw little pictures with stick figures and flowers?

  • Okay, you totally avoided explaining your criticisms. Maybe you should stick to drawing stick figures and flowers because nothing you say makes any sense.

  • Dear TYT, Hit PrtSc for all those pesky "undownloadable" images, then paste into the image editing program of your choice. :)

  • And so we come to the same wonderful conclusion,

Obama is a domestic enemy of the United States, a charlatan president, a one termer, an elitist who thinks academia has solutions to real world problems. He is a danger to the safety of the country, an aloof egotistical self-righteous pompous ass, who is doing everything he can to turn the US into a third world stink hole. A complete embarrassment to the black community, and a plantation politician with communist/marxist ideals.

  • @4001XBASS

    "elitist [...] with communist/marxist ideals"?

    *giggles*

  • Honestly, think about.. if President Obama had bowed to Queen Elizabeth (white royalty) , would there be all this outrage?

    Seriously.

What tea-baggers are actually mad at is the fact that a black liberal is the most powerful man in the world.

This has nothing to do with Japan.. It's about whats happening inside America.

  • Not all issues are racial just because a black person is involved, grow up.

  • Hmm? Rove is pissed that President Obama bowed to a Japanese person and a Saudi, but he's complaining that he didn't bow to Queen Elizabeth, or the King of Norway. (white people)

How come rove didn't "advise" President Bush that it was beneath his office to kneel down and kiss popes rings on live telivision?

    Who cares.

  • Obama did not bow for the emperor, he just thought it to be the right time for gymnastics.

  • I mean, is it just me or is the audio on this video really soft ^^

  • Comment removed

  • He will be given a vest to prevent him from bowing from now on.

I suspect he has a thing about royalties.

But it is not as if he pressed the nuclear oops button by mistake.

  • Comment removed

  • Well said.

  • retard people shouldn't watch TYT fuck off out of here, if anyone here really care about obama's bowing to japanese emperor, FUCK OFF

  • First of all. its a way of showing respect.

Second, why use "that country" line...this is really a way of "not" showing respect. The one thing about Japan is that "respect" is much more important than anywere else. U ask why he bowed so low, perhaps its just a way of saying " I like your culture" or something personal. My oppnion in this video is that it shows how american people dispite all others.

Soon enough Usa will bring war to this planet and they wont even admit it.

    thank u Obama!

  • No one gives a flying f**k if you bow to them, or you say nice things about working together to reach our collective goals, or this ridiculous conceit that just because of Obamas personal presence — a historic presidency, drenched in drama — is going to make a difference. Nations pursue their own policy goals — period. You change the goals a nation might pursue by offering carrots and sticks, by buying them off or making it so costly to pursue a particular goal they refrain from doing so

  • obsequiously?

come on Japan, you know thaT's not it.

  • How many did Japan kill and torture during World War II under the pretext of its Japan-Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere? How many lives were perished during the Pear Harbor Attack? These were the reasons that justified the atomic bombings of Japan. The Japanese Emperors have been stripped of their "semi-divine" status since 1945, and Obama should have known these facts before bowing obsequiously as he did.

  • What, he should not have bowed because the country did bad things several generations ago? Come on...

And even in light of those acts, don't you think two nuclear bombs that wiped out civilians as well as military targets is punishment enough?

  • First of all get over it, that was a very long time ago and is a part of history. Anyone who knows history knows that it was not the Emperor "at that time" who was behind the attacks in WWII. It was the Japanese military alone and they were using the Emperors name behind it all. Japan had surrendered and appologized and not only to the U.S. but other countries that were attacked by Japanese military. If Obama did not bow that is a showing of ignorance and disrepect.

  • Obama clearly does not possess the dignity expected of the world's superpower's President. President George Bush Sr., who vomited during his dinner with the Japenese top officials sometime in the late 80s, still looked more dignified than Obama bowing like a geisha to the Japanese Royal family.

  • really? daddy bush puking at diner is "more dignified" than bowing? wow, nice rationalization of complete nonsense.

  • Kawai, okay, since your Japanese, tell us if what they say is true; is that deep bow considered as a sign of weakness according to Japanese custom?
