  • Cobras ARE SN95's and NOS is gay

  • @MustangsCanTurnToo THat cobra was not a sn95.

  • @xtreme3484 SN-95 platforms were used from 1994 to 2004. It's an SN-95, technically an SN-95 2..

  • @MustangsCanTurnToo YOur right im sorry i was thinking something else lol my bad

  • Never heard of a 140 shot.

  • NOS is nuts! crazy power

  • well a sn95 cobra only has about 260-270 whp. with a 140 shot it should be about 400. an 04 cobra with a pulley is around 425-440. the 04 still wins unless the driver isnt a driver

  • Not necessarily. The SN95 Cobras are lighter then the '04 Cobras by about 300 lbs. Plus the SN95 had a fiberglass hood on it as well as it appeared to have Weld Draglite big & little's on it as well.

Plus who knows what else have been done to either vehicle.

  • @inspector13jjf '04 Cobras ARE SN95s.....you dont know what you're talking about.

  • @MustangsCanTurnToo Wow I must have been drunk when I wrote that. I really need to proof read my stuff better. I meant the '94-'98 Cobra's are lighter then the '04 Cobra by about 300 lbs. And yes you are right '94-'04 Mustangs are all SN95's.

  • @inspector13jjf If simply looking at curb weight of the coupes, it's really only 55 pounds: 3375 vs 3430. The GT500's are horribly obese at around 3900 pounds. My Roush is 3849.... but has 625 hp and smokes street bikes and out corners BMW's so I really care :)

  • @MustangsCanTurnToo Ah. The place that I checked said the '04 Cobra was 3665 but that might have been the vert. My bad. Wow I didn't thing Roush's were that heavy.

  • @inspector13jjf Roush added a ton (almost literally) to the stock GT. Forged internals, intercooler, 2.3L blower, dual belt system, 14" rotors up front with 6 piston calipers, huge sway bars, stiffer, heavier duty springs and struts, anti-wheel hop, limited slip rear diff, heavy duty clutch. About the only thing that got lighter was the flywheel!

  • @MustangsCanTurnToo No wonder my friend is stripping everything he can think of off his (stage 2 so not supercharged). I always thought it was only a little heavier then my '94 GT.

  • @inspector13jjf If my Stage 3 wasnt a collectible (the prototype that was in the April issue of Car and Driver) I'd be yanking stuff out of it too.

  • @MustangsCanTurnToo Understandable.

  • @jayson281 Go to the Kenne Bell website. A STOCK '02 GT makes 255 RWHP. The '03 and '04 "Terminator" Cobras had much much more.

  • sn95 all the way!

  • Sn95 baby!

  • yes if a 96-98 gt has 320hp all motor it'll be a damn good race against a stock 03 cobra

  • NO SIR IM SORRY...BUT IT DIDNT

  • So you're saying that a mustang with about 320 rwhp can beat a 2004 cobra with 360-450 rwhp (depending on the pulley size). Something doesn't add up.

  • that SN95 has alot more done to it than a 140 shot
