a lot of people say shinobi 2 was the best out of the series, but i think its shinobi 3 because its so much better. it approved everything from the previous game - better graphics, ability to run, ninja moves and specials, etc, better levels, and of course music. riding a horse is sweeett!!

@Kurairyu Check out any wikipedia article about Shinobi. In Shinobi, Revenge of Shinobi, Shinobi 3 and Game Gear Shinobi series his name is Joe Musashi. In Shadow Dancer it's Joe's son, Hayate Musashi. In Shinobi X (aka Shinobi Legions) it's some guy named Sho nobody cares about. In PS2 Shinobi it's some guy named Hotsuma nobody cares about.

you can just download the genesis emulator, download the game and rip them yourself. Google the game and emulator and go to options->soundtest and record game (music).
