you people are nuts! you all have low sel esteem if you belif this crap. we all have free will and its not given by anyone. we all can do what we want, but we have to also deal with the consequesnes of our actions. its as simple as that. morality doesnt exist because of morality, it exist because we established it. its about survival.

Institutional Christianity's zeal for God is based on Calvinism/Augustine doctrine of original sin.Its a shame that both this doctrine and political socialism removes personal freedom and responsibility. Powerful people inside religious institutions and civil governments want power and control over people both for profit and a uncontrollable drive for tyranny. Calvinism/Augustine doctrine wants and created doctrine to cripple and deceive the mass'es into believing they cannot willingly be good!

If I were to ask you a hypothetical question: if you were to stand before the true God of the Bible, and God confirmed in His Bible that He has chosen to save you before the foundation of the world and withheld His just wrath and eternal punishment for you, would you still believe and worship this God or reject Him? I had committed sin of idolatry by creating a God in my own image that I like. I had rejected this sovereign God, but God granted me repentance to accept Him by His grace and mercy.

God does choose before the foundation of the world,, His plan is redemption..God does withhold is wrath and justice from people who by the remission of Blood are saved (Jesus') why would I reject God if I love Him?

why would I create a Idol if I love Jesus?

Gods plan is letting people choose to Love Him,, this is the plan God made in the beginning

It is true that God does not force people to love Him against their will. But according to the Bible, man's will is in bondage to sin (1Cor2:14, Rom3:9-18). Man is spiritually dead, blind, and deaf to the things of God. When they are born of the Holy Spirit or regenerated, their hearts of stone (unbelief) is removed and replaced with a new heart of flesh (belief) -(Ezekiel36:25-27) . God has changed the disposition of one's heart from hatred to love towards God (unwilling to willing).

complete lie ----if adam was able to sin when no sin exsisted --in other words adam sinned in a non depraved exsistance ....what makes you think freewill stops after --in a depraved exsistance ---where is logic in that... we can want salvation even if we are depraved ...however it is God who offers to save.... so honor is not removed from God in free will....

Hi Starchart99-I used to think the same way as you until God opened my eyes and humbled a wretch like me to God's truths of election from the Bible like John 1:10-13 and Romans 9:10-16. We were spiritually dead, blind, and deaf to God in Adam, but God graciously gave us spiritual ears to hear and raised us to spiritually life (born of God) in Christ through the power of His Gospel of grace. This gives God all the glory for His free gift of salvation by God's grace that is truly amazing! Peace
