I'm pretty sure it's standard tuning I think the only songs David uses other tuning for slide solos is The Great Gig, One Of These Days and Wot's Uh... The Deal.
bonobo101 huge props to the entire thing. The way you hold the slide is odd and probably makes it a million times harder to play. Amazing job. Loving the Strat just laid out ghetto, jk I do the same thing. I also noticed the markers for the 24th and 23 frets below the pickups. Loving man. Maybe you can do High Hopes next?

David used E minor tuning for Shine On. I tried it with E Minor tuning and it is the proper tuning.
