Yea i've discovered it now.

But in HD Remix, with perfect timing, Ryu actually can do it but, the animation doesn't come out but the 'Tetsu' sample plays, although no hits connect.

The move Ken does at 1:20 does that counts as special? I mean it does chip damage while gief is blocking.

Maybe it would be a safer chipping move when rival is waking up than shoryou.

By the way in all those matches gief player rarely could punish shoryous didn't connect. When shoryou touched blocking gief it pushed away each other long distance that gief barely and rarely was able to punish him. It was kinda not fair. :P

The kicks at 1:20 are Ken's crazy legs. They are a special move and therefor do chip damage.
