she always explained half way and left off. also she didn't really knows what the chef actually put on the plate. she should also ask the chef to tilt the plate a little bit so that the yee sang was visible. and the last thing about her is that she didn't know the word toss/mix in chinese. the chef needed to correct it for her.
she is so cool! her mandarin is better than mine even though i'm a chinese n i'm so badly want to eat yee sang now!!
