Rules are meant to be "firm freeing" like a fence that keeps children safe in the playground. Rules should not be so abusive that it's like children being locked in a classroom. Rules should not be so lax that there is no protection for children playing. Taking things to either extreme is bad. Even our government needs moderation. Would you rather be ruled by a tight fist, a neglectful heart, or a reasonable mind?

She would prefer there were no rules on how to build a building or have a farm? We would have poison food and crumbling buildings.
