Some people on you tube attempt songs with no real chance of matching the quality of the original artist but it is crystal clear from my musical ears that you have the voice to pull off an Adele song, bearing in mind, in my humble opinion, that Adele is one of the most exciting female vocalists that I have heard in a long while, your natural ability and talent for singing shines through here.

Okay so Meatblocks has a valid constructive point that probably due to nerves you were slightly ahead of the music during mainly one section (predominantly 0.55 to 1.10) but you got back on it from a timing perspective from 1.12 onwards and this is where I want to focus my opinion without worrying about this triviality which is frankly, from a holistic assessment of your performance, entirely irrelevant!

I love your voice, it is just wonderful to listen to. I noticed a couple of areas that you rushed a little, that just means youre nervous or need just a tiny bit of coaching. But overall you have an amazing voice. Well don and good luck.
