  • i love how you used everyday food products but the stuffing mixture was different then other recipies, is it like a substitute for breadcrumbs itself or breadcrumbs and milk?

  • @AKpro3444 Since meatball recipes can vary greatly, we cannot pinpoint exactly which ingredients the Stove Top Stuffing mix would be a substitute for. In addition, Stove Top Stuffing mix is not similar to breadcrumbs.

  • I made this excatly like the recipe.  I must say I was very leary about the stuffing mixture and not knowing if I should add seasoning. Mixing the stuffing up in the chop meat was very different ,than any other meatball/meat loaf i've ever tried. There was huge chunks of breading in the the meatballs. It came out very bland and crunchy..

    The tomato sauce was great. The other brown was a little bland. Next time i'll add a little seasoning into the meatballs,

  • nonono you have it wrong there. You dont cook the meatballs in the oven, YECK you cook it in the sauce more flavor better. this is not the best meathballs ever. no way.

  • @mullbenkt no i am not kidding. culinary universities don't grade you on whether you use original ingredients or not, its about using ingredients that give the dish a unique texture and flavor.

  • you obviously have no idea how to make meatballs. day old italian bread and lots of it mixed with the meat and fresh pecorino romano cheese along with a few eggs.
