  • My legs get almost more of a workout than my abs doing this exercise

  • A lot of these moves were in his ABS routine in his "10 Minute Trainer" videos he came out with years back, I just started doing P90X in december and I think I'm becoming an exercise junkie...I LOVE IT!!!!!

  • wow ok i am sticking to ab rippe r x, i have been doing ab ripper x for about 3 months now, i want to get more VISABLE abs! some of these are a bit hard to do 25-40 timez.

  • Question is the Insanity very tough, I heard it's hard but I'm still doing P90X and it got me in physical condition and ripped but I need more work on my abs though.

    well mate if you´re doing p90x and still not see that result that you want well finish it first ( I suppose you´re doing the clasic vertion) then do it again but this time make it harder o do doubles which is a good way to get fit and rip faster than the clasic vertion

  • you say that some of them are too hard to do at certain points of the program, isn't that how the original arx was when you first started? because that is how arx is for me right now 2 months into p90x, I feel good to get through mason twist or fiefer scissors even with a 30 second or longer break. by making it way over your head then you have something to work toward being able to do.

    Keep up the good work because your videos keep me going.

  • @AVENTURERA053009 Definitely, especially having worked out before the ab routine. I normally have a recovery drink immediately after the work out or sip it during the workout and a protein shake within one hour in my lift days.
