We've got a 307 too, but what afraids me, is that the driver"s occipital bone (cranium) hits the doorpost :S And the kid hits with his neck :S

I have a 2004 307st it is good car strong and safe it has 53000 miles up on it

now but people have said that it can give alot trouble over 60000 miles

is this right?

i 've got the same car for 9 years now....it s running as new..it got a few scratches but i think that it doesn't want to die....i think that peugeot factory wouldn't make other model so strong and safe as this one....

My volvo 850 from 1995 got 4 stars. It doesn' look so bad. Passanger compatment seems mostly intact. Driver has most probably broken legs but I don't think anything more serious happened to him.

I Own one!! 307 SW triptonic 2008 but... before i bought a Renault Mégane II 2007 M/T 2.0... i think... The Mégane II is the best car!! Most safety!! And the handling is so good!

i think the 307 got a crash test rating of 4 out of five stars, pretty good really, if you look, the front crumples to take the force of the impact and the cockpit looks ok.

it help pretty well really, if you notice the passenger section, the doors haven't been forced out of the frames, indicating that section of the car is still straight

Look correctly the drivers head hitted the inside of the door, and the car was on the side very mtuch

The PUG 307 is "almost" one the best car in this category,please gentlemen and ladies don't compare cars from this category with cars such as Volvo,Audi,etc....OOHH and if anyone from is going check some "BIG" cars crashtest videos,you'll see than some big cars "IS NO SO BIG AS WE THINK".

The Renault Megane came in 2003, this 307 is from 2001. That does make a difference!
