1) it wasnt the only time. It had been happening for half a season or so, as per Goodell.
2) they got caught against the Jets, because the cameraman was on the sidelines wearing Patriots gear in broad daylight. You just need eyesight to catch that, not insider information of any kind.
I'm not saying its right either. Theres just no evidence tying this back to 2000-2005 unless you want to believe it does.
