Simply Japanese language has too much exceptions in grammars.
Most of Japanese younger generations cannot really speak proper Japanese anyway: just need to study the differences between "teinei-go", "kei-go" and "sonkei-go" (there are more and even native Japanese would have issues with these.)
Yes, I agree that the last part didnt come out very well. The same is true for English actually - speaking indirectly and expressing your opinions moderately generally makes you sound more intelligent.

②は彼女 は （話がやっぱり） だめか の省略です。
ですから①ですと彼女自身がだめと聞こえ②ですと彼女の話がだめと聞こえるのです。ニュアンスがちがってきます。

今回のはすごくよかったです！落ち着いて話すと2分以内はキツイかも? Agency? アメリカ英語かな？BritishだとよくAgentsだったですけど...。ちなみに、私エキストラやってました。agencyなどとは呼ばずに「エキストラの事務所」とか「事務所」と呼んでいました。これからもどうぞ頑張ってください！Well done! Cheers! Good luck!

1:45 の｢ぜんぜん意味がわかんなかったから｣。これはとても自然な言い方で、良いです。
文法的には「わからなかったから」が正しいです。｢分んない」は｢分らない｣がくずれた口語的な言い方になります。
その番組は絶対出たくないと思いました。
