Seems like something went wrong with the roof (cloth top) mechanism...... it took quite a while for the cloth top to do its part........ it takes about 20 secs to complete the whole cycle but apparently, it started on 1:01 but as of 1:21, nothing happened except for the cover just hanging on top position.......

Top works fine.  She drove in reverse, then left car in reverse which is why the top wouldn't go up. Top only goes up in neutral. She figured it out soon enough, put the car in neutral and the top went up as intended.
