  • this video shows very clearly how to work your peroneals. If you got a sprained ankle of are experiencing knee pain, working your peroneals can make a big difference. Also if you are a runner or a skater (ice, in line) you will for sure appreciate smoother strides and less fatigue in your legs/ankles/knees. WorkTheFunkOut provides, in my opinion, some of the finest videos on how to use a foam roller to maximize your performance or, if that be the case, to speed up and help a healing process.
