extremely disappointing. The set up was so good. The payoff was extremely derivative, and lacked the intelligence of the rest of the short.

Obviously this is from a competitor. The voting is setup so that you can vote multiple times. Of course I have voted more than once and so have you and so has everyone in the competition. Its not against the rules.
If everyone is voting more than once and you're not (when its not against the rules), then that is just plain stupidity.
Otherwise, stop complaining just because someone else is winning besides you.
