Um... Its out on DVD. "Only in theaters" only means for the date they gave in the trailer.
Don't worry, there was a trailer I saw for a movie when I was little that said only in theaters and I thought the same thing.

Gone are the days of lighthearted Turtles - minus Fast Forward. This movie will have its lighthearted moments, though. :)
