I disagree. Incredible as the orginal was, the Next Generation brought about a new generation of fans and storylines as well and most of the original fans loved it as well including Brent Spiner.

"...most of the original fans..." well, we are all allowed to believe whatever we want to believe.

TNG brought nothing new to the show.

Finally, note that the above group is recreating TOS, not that sissy-mary politically correct pap TNG.

The chemistry on TOS was palpable; the "chemistry" on TNG was non-existent.

Otherwise this is a very funny clip. Andy Bray (Chekov) is obviously going to be one of those few actors who do equally well in both drama and comedy. There aren't that many actors who can do both equally well.
