I tend to prefer females with lower voices (like Luka), males who are meant/able to sing low (Gakupo, Big Al, for example) and in times of despair: male genderbends or lower-pitched Utauloids. Not saying I hate Kaito, Len or Miku or anything, they have loads of amazing songs, but.... well.... you catch my point, right? >.<

Half the world speaks english but we're all head over heels with japanese ones. If it was because of Leon and Lola's accent they should get over that. Its why they had an Act 2 in the first place, The update gave two new replacement voicebanks... At the price of smoothness to the vocals and 1 missing phonetic data. They picked up despite that. Good Tuning =/= good Vocaloids, even the worst Vocaloid in the right hands sounds amazing.
@CloudedGaurdian You make like them, but the fact is that they are the worst Japanese vocaloids ever made. Not by I hate them but by quality. They were really muffled and had bad pronunciation of the Japanese language. They still are the worst, Piko isn't that good either. It's like the Engloid Sonika. She is considered the worst because she sounds really muffled and unclear, has many plucking sounds, and glitches with her programming.
@misaolove7707 Rin and Len had a reputation of being amongst the WORST Japanese voicebanks though over their lifetime... Thats like comparing Sonika and Prima, Prima's a much better quality Vocaloid while Sonika is rated as one of the worst. ^_^'
Wow, this is amazing. Vocaloid 1 is such a difficult program to work with and you made these two sound great. This is definitely one of my favorite versions of magnet now.
