We have hunted their pray along side them for years, and now it's for population control reasons, but we have a people that work out how much of their pray people can kill and still be more then enough for the predetors. The reason that a wolf's death is sadder than a cow's is mostly because wolves are (technically) endangered in quite a few states, and in some parts of the world, extinct. A cow is more common, and we just don't think much of cows(if we aren't freaking PETA)
And there can be something wrong with a dead wolf, if it wasn't a natural death.

@Silvermoonwolfkaala Before hunting became such a popular thing, yes, it was able to. Sadly, we have interfiered sooooooo much that we have altered how the ecosystem resets itself. Back in the 1700's, we didnt need to even monitor populations and their habitats(and we were not that educated on it.lol) By the time we relized that wolves, bears, cougars, elk, ext. were all needed keystone animals, we had already done so much damage that we cannot just leave it alone.

Bears, coyotes, cougars, elk, bunnies, pheasants, you name it. if they are big game, then they need to be managed. like I said, we are at the point were we need to manage, or somethings population will be to high.

Yes, mass exctinctions do happen, but the difference between those two events and now is that there was no highly evolved race involed. The only way, by your theroy, everything in the world will have to die, leaving only 10% at best of life living. We have tried to be Nature for too long, and if we back out now, races will die.

Wolves are amazing creatures. Because no matter what we do to them. How much we hurt them, kill their familes, take their land...they don't hate us. They give us the gift of forgiveness, and we abuse it. They could really hurt humans, but they don't. And in return, we kill everything that makes them what they are. Not too long ago, three families were attacked by one wolf, unprevocet. One of the victomes of the attack was a three year old baby. The wolf tryed to drag it away. Before it could kill a women trying to protect her children, a pheasant hunter shot it. They tested it and it came back negitive in all of the mental attacking, and ANY, diseases...the wolves are pushed to their limit, attacking people and pets. they have surrounded people in a hunt/kill fashion. They are veiwing us as pray.
I didn't hear that story, but I believe you on it. So in that case, I still believe that it's not the wolves fault. We kill their families, homes, food, pride, freedom and everything that makes them what they are. Finally, they have no choice but to hunt us because we've left them no other pray
There are more then enough animals for them to hunt, but they keep throwing it away. About three months ago, two wolves killed around 22 sheep, only eating 2 bodies. Also by what you are saying, then it is ok of the wolf to kill and eat you and your family because the entire human race desrves it....a lower animal actually premeditating an attack on a human is VERY bad, so bad, that all the protection that people have worked really hard on, will collapse and they will be slaughtered.

I could clarify a few things, but remember that Song has points.
The reason that a wolf's death is sadder than a cow's is mostly because wolves are (technically) endangered in quite a few states, and in some parts of the world, extinct. A cow is more common, and we just don't think much of cows(if we aren't freaking PETA)
And there can be something wrong with a dead wolf, if it wasn't a natural death.
I have nothing against Song, btw.

Back in the 1700's, we didnt need to even monitor populations and their habitats(and we were not that educated on it.lol) By the time we relized that wolves, bears, cougars, elk, ext. were all needed keystone animals, we had already done so much damage that we cannot just leave it alone.

Yes, mass exctinctions do happen, but the difference between those two events and now is that there was no highly evolved race involed. The only way, by your theroy, everything in the world will have to die, leaving only 10% at best of life living. We have tried to be Nature for too long, and if we back out now, races will die.

Have you ever been in the same pressenes as a wolf. let alone any cornivorios wild animal? I have, and there is a HUGE differene between the wolf and dog. Dogs are considerly more stupid then the wolf(wolf has 30% more brain power), some wolf encounters have been shown with premeditating, meaning that they are thinking before they act. People belive that wolves and dogs are the same thing, but seriously, they arnt. They may act the same, but for different reasons

Wolves are amazing creatures. Because no matter what we do to them. How much we hurt them, kill their familes, take their land...they don't hate us. They give us the gift of forgiveness, and we abuse it. They could really hurt humans, but they don't. And in return, we kill everything that makes them what they are. When there is nothing beauiful left in the world, maybe then people will open their eyes.

Not too long ago, three families were attacked by one wolf, unprevocet. One of the victomes of the attack was a three year old baby. The wolf tryed to drag it away. Before it could kill a women trying to protect her children, a pheasant hunter shot it. They tested it and it came back negitive in all of the mental attacking, and ANY, diseases...the wolves are pushed to their limit, attacking people and pets. they have surrounded people in a hunt/kill fashion. They are veiwing us as pray.

I didn't hear that story, but I believe you on it. So in that case, I still believe that it's not the wolves fault. We kill their families, homes, food, pride, freedom and everything that makes them what they are. Finally, they have no choice but to hunt us because we've left them no other pray

There are more then enough animals for them to hunt, but they keep throwing it away. About three months ago, two wolves killed around 22 sheep, only eating 2 bodies. Also by what you are saying, then it is ok of the wolf to kill and eat you and your family because the entire human race desrves it....a lower animal actually premeditating an attack on a human is VERY bad, so bad, that all the protection that people have worked really hard on, will collapse and they will be slaughtered.

I'm not saying that we should let wolves kill peoples homes and families. But it seems hard for me to believe that a wolf would kill 22 sheep and only eat 2 bodies. Because wolves arn't known for doing anything like that. They are shy animals that only hunt farm animals if there is nothing left to eat. They don't hunt for the sport of killing, they hunt to live. But let me say: wolf attacks on humans are very rare, and the wolf is found to have some kind of sickness.

I agree, that the whole sheep killing was very off with normal behavior. But then again, wolves, and other carnivors, are not acting like they should be. Wolves are becomeing less and less shy towards humans, for an example. They recently surrounded two women and their dogs, just like they were hunting. Cougers are following/stalking people far out of their territory. the whole sheep thing was in the news of my area. But if you don't belive me, then thats your opinion

Ever consider that they are just as intelegent as us, maybe more so? After all, look around you. Humans have overpopulated the earth and been killing eachtoher over the interpiration of a few words for thousands of years.
Case in point, the Nuke is an invention of man. Last time i checked, wolves dont need nuclear arms to settle differences.

It's not smarts, its lower development. They are more undeveloped then the human mind. The wolves and humans have two things in commen;war. When wolves see other wolves in their territory, they will attack with no murcy. Humans have this spot in their brain where they feel horrible about pointing a gun at an unarmed person. Most animals can't give the brain function to 'forgive'. Wolves are one of them. It's called adapting. They are hurting people, scaring them, and causing the closed-minded to kill them. The recent attacks are unprevoked! The people were just walking in the woods or in their nieboorhood. I admire your belife! I truly do, but they are truly dangerous animals. They were always. And now they are attacking innocent people. Is that their gift of forgiveness? Hurting people?

Its funny how you clame all these wolves attack people, and yet, i've never heard of one in the past 10 years. And yes they are wild animals that need to be left alone. BUT, they are some of the shyest animals around. Maybe they do hunt people though (not like i've heard of it) but IF they do. I believe its only because we leave them with no choice. Animals don't just do go years as being known as shy animals then SUDDENLy attack a human. They have no homes and no food left to survive on. why?

Because of US! Us greedy humans who take so much of the land that doesn't belong to us. Taking more than our share. If they are really killing people (which I don't believe they are) It'd be for one of two reasons. 1. they have no other food to eat. 2. THEY PROBABLY hate our guts!

What one is it? You just completly changed your argument. Is it that they are giving us the gift of forgivness or the gift of hate? Just because they were once shy dosen't mean that they arn't dangerous. They were ALWAYS dangerous. I agree, we have pinned them in a corner, but when a lower race then us startes attaking people for no reason, hell breaks loose. I didn't mean literal 'forgiveness'. They don't have that kind of brain that can think like that. But if there arnt many documents of wolves attacking, then its same backfiring argument for wolves actually attacking in the first place. Yes they eat meat, and have claws and teeth, but think about it...SO DO WE. And yes they are dangerous, I'm not arguing about that. I'm just saying they aren't out to eat us all.

I never said that they were out to eat us, they havent eaten anybody. But they have been showing aggressive behavior towards us, wich is very worrysom. People are attacked by animals everyday, to say that it dosen't happen is very closeminded. There are documented attacks, there are also news paper reports, and news reports. We are nothing like the wolf, to compaire them to humans is very ideotic. They are a completly different spieces. You dont have to belive me, but I ever lie. Only the truth.

@IcepeltTheWarrior Yes,they do.The fact they see us as a food source is a new thing that has developed in the last,like,20 years.They are not smart enough to comprehend that they were 'here' first.People should be worried about the few aggressive encounters people have with not just wolves,but other carnivors high on the food chain.I have watched animals kill things for no reason.I have seen animals,attack people for no reason.Animals are unpredicable/dangerous and should be respected
