I actually own the PS1, dreamcast and PC version.

PC version is the best. dreamcast has serious control issues and dodgy framerate.

PS1 has stripped down graphics and audio.

PC original is like the VERY 1st 3D GTA style game

I remember i was 10 years old when I got my new PC and I played this game a lot. It was a very good game, and still is. At the moment I'm playing it again, but , I gotta say, it was very hard to find this game.

Anyway, it is a GREAT game. One of my favorites.

This Game was defently better at the time than Grand theft auto games which looked like a super Nintendo game. In fact Grand Theft Auto 3 looks alot similar to this game. But unlike GTA3, you are able to enter some buildings.

actually gta 3 would've came out on dreamcast but it got discontinued. and gta 3 did copy this game and Driver as well, if you look at gta 2 (wich came out on dreamcast) and gta 1 they where more like old school action games. hats why they where so popular. then all the sudden they ventured into 3d, wonder why....

You can't say that this game is better than GTA 3. They are like the same. For his time Urban Chaos was great...with a whole city to explore and all the other option, but so was GTA 3 when it came out.
