this game is good but it didnt reach half of the expectations i had for it. It felt more like a arcade game than a re game. re4 had awesome environments and such a great story and it was all tied up perfectly.

to be honest with you guys i think resident evil 4 was a let down i mean the story was great.. leon goes into spain to find the presidents daughter he discovers a new virus and is ready to kill but it just didnt really have the SPIRIT of resident evil :/ they changed that in resident evil 5 by telling alittle example with jill valentine and weskers back again! but yeh re4 was good but i prefer re 5 not cause of graphic but cause of the story

comparing RE5 to RE4 is nothing like comparing GTA 4 to GTA 3. RE5 is more like what halo is to halo 2 and 3. same as Gears of War and Gears of War 2. its pretty much the same exact thing only better graphics, different story line, few new guns and some new enemies to shoot. RE5 is not a true sequel, more like a clone. a true sequel is GTA4

no, Re5 Is not a clone. It is nowhere close to a clone. If you dig deep into the game's mechanics you can actually see many subtle differences. It's more of an improvement of Re4. Took everything good from Re4 and made it better.

I agree that Code:Veronica and RE2 was good, but RE4 deserves some respect, it was phenomenal. I don't want this to stray that far from that concept, but I fear that it might feel like I'm replaying RE4 for the 10th time: just more fending off hordes of viral infected people. RE2 was pretty awesome but so far I think this series has always managed to get better.
