Though this video is over a year old, I would recommend replacing this alarm if you haven't done so already, It appears to be a FireX ionization smoke alarm, which is powered by 110 VAC only, there is no battery for these, they also have a bad habit of the electric buzzer inside going bad.
You could perhaps try twisting the detector and removing the likely 9-volt battery from inside and replacing it with a new one. It is also possible the piezo buzzer inside the detector is damaged, but that is highly less likely and far less trivial to fix.
Looks like a Firex ionization type alarm. Try vacuuming it off and replacing the battery if it has one. Some alarms like that are wired to the house and do not have a battery. If it still does that it probably needs to be replaced.

It means the battery is low...but if it was low, it would probably beeb every 3 minutes and not every 5 seconds. Strange..........

It usually does that but louder when the battery is going dead. When it does that quiet, it means the battery is almost dead.
