@52foxbat Line/Plat 4 @ MKC is the Up fast, so that would be out of the question. And before you ask 'what the signal at the north end of that platform is for' - it is soley there for emergencey turn back moves.
@englischlokfuehrer I didn't go back at night but your clip from the platform was good. I would have only filmed from "outside the fence" so it would have been passed in a few seconds as was my Lizzie earlier in the year, although the glow from the firebox was impressive in the dark on that one - I must load it up sometime! .
I did not expect the 45305 to stop at Milton Keynes I was expecting it to run through on line 4.
