i don't think that would matter what i consider good..just because it would be my opinion..just like you have yours..i like alot of shows..but i don't watch alot of tv anyways..everyone has used the same tatics and moves to get viewers to watch there show...every show has a comedian. cocky guy..smart ass..weakling..etc..just watch any show..and u can tell.

I don't plan on bashing your opinion. I am just curious what show you consider good. For the whole show structure however I feel you are generalizing. I like Chuck because it has plots I didn't see coming and yes funny too. I like a show that's entertaining without being to stiff and lock into certain formula. Chuck gave me that. As for your character type, sure I agree, I can see those characters in Chuck, but characters are only half of it when it comes to good show.
