I at first thought I would not like it but after watching five minutes of it I was anticipating the rest of the movie....briiliant! and Darcy is...well...to put it "gently" lol is friggin gorgeous!

This P & P version was recently aired in my country Singapore...thank you for these funny moments, brings back the chuckles, ha ha, especially the scene with Bingley's expressions when amanda tells him she's drawn to other women, very funnee! I love this series! I love all the characters (amanda, darcy, bringley, mrs bennet, sweet jane, wickham as well)..thanks again! Can anyone help me regarding where I can watch all the episodes online free? I can't find the DVD version where I live..help?

I KNEW SOMETHING HAPPENED!!! :D... My father kept saying that there hasn't been a proove of him liking her yet but something just told me, I had this strong feeling of it.... Especially in the scene where Amanda and Mr. Collins announce their engagement, it just looked like Mr. Darcy AND Mr. Bingley wasn't saticefied about that :)

Loved Lost in Austen!!

I'm a bloke that has put up with loads of Austen, just to please the wife. This is the first version I have enjoyed more. I bought her the DVD just so I could watch it again......

I'm a guy as well and I totally agree. I was practically drowning in Austen. I was prepared to dislike this show but with the brilliant writing from Guy Andrews and the perfect performance by Jemima Rooper I was won over. And oddly enough I am now an Austen fan.
