Where I live nothing has expanded except the local hospital (healthcare must still be booming). Lots of small stores closed and empty buildings for lease. A real mess that will take years to fix if it can be fixed.
I'm glad i rent. I do not have to pay for water, sewer, trash, taxes, insurance, yardcare, & maintenance. And If i want to move i have no attachements. Home Ownership is nothing more than being in debt.
Boy oh boy, let me tell you something. I am homeless living under the
bridge with no economic background but with enough common sense
to develop a mathematical equation that predicts the effect of people fears.
The effect will cause further decline in 2011.
Those Freddie MAC economist are nothing in my book.
