  • Thank you so much for posting this! this an awesome idea! i totally wanna go try this now! :D

  • thanking you for your great videos iv learnt soo much thanx

  • What kind of tomatoes are those?

  • @msalicia I'm not sure exactly what variety they are but they're super sweet & salty and they don't get very big.

  • Hello again! I just tried this recipe yet again, but this time I decided to add fresh thyme along with the basil and it came out even better. I just can't thank you enough for posting this delicious recipe! *hugs* :)

  • @JaysRunner Awesome! Always so great to hear from you. Big hugs to you!!!!

  • You are so warm, thank you for your vids. I have been eating raw pasta with raw sauce for over a year now Yummy! However I have never used the medjool dates Will try it though thanks love!

  • As long as your sundrieds are organic there's no reason to throw out the soak water, it adds to the sauce if you use it to blend.

  • Yes, yes my mouth is water, look so good I can't wait to try it.

  • I love how you keep it simple and don't use alot of powders and spices. thanks for the recipe:)

  • @tripvids420 You're welcome. Thank YOU!!! :0)

  • Hey I just started on this raw food diet thing as a cleanse, and I'm wondering how you get testosterone into your diet without meat?

  • @surfer53 Your body naturally produces testosterone. The higher the nutrient content in your food, the better your body becomes at producing this hormone.

  • @surfer53 Avocados, they cure impotence too ;)

  • Also Maca Root, Korean Ginseng, He Shou Wu etc.

  • My vitamix got here a couple of days ago! I have been blending EVERYTHING! :) I can't wait to try this.

  • @ThePreppyHippie That's so exciting! The Vitamix Rocks! :0)

  • Thank you so much from posting this! I am a new 811 LFRV and you have saved me from my "same salad every night" problem. AND this was my first successful dinner with no overt fats :D Last night I tried to make a salad dressing with no overts and ended up washing it out of my salad it tasted so bad (note to self: always taste the dressing before pouring it all over your salad!). I am eating my zucchini pasta now :D

  • @PeaceLoveWellness Yay, I'm so happy it was a success!!! I love this dish so much! So sorry to hear about your salad dressing fiasco. That's so frustrating! My favorite dressing right now is mango blended with cocktail grapefruit juice, which is basically the same as a tangerine or an orange. So yummy!

  • @MrViolentlyHappy Yes, Raw zucchini noodles are AMAZING!!!

  • Hello! Are there any alternatives to the soaked dry tomatoes? I only found sun dried tomatoes in bottles with olive oil at the store :(

  • @FruitarianSwimster I bought some great ones online from rawfromthefarm / dot / com. They're organic and have no added salt. You could also make the sauce without them, it just might not be as thick. Sometimes certain farmers at the farmers markets sell sun dried tomatoes but that's usually in the summer when tomatoes are in really fresh and sweet.

  • @MrViolentlyHappy Thank you so much! So happy you like it. :0)

  • I feel like I want to try this and change my eating habits overall but i'm afraid of the overnight change, are there any tips on how to start this slowly or do you suggest to me to just give the jump?

  • @MADKILL4 Begin by adding more raw fruits & vegetables into your current diet. Have fruit, or a fruit smoothie, for breakfast & have fruit for snacks in between meals. Add a large green salad for dinner and maybe try some of the raw recipes that look good to you once or twice a week. As time goes by, try having a raw day and go from there. Just adding more raw fruits and veggies to your diet will help you feel much better. Try limiting your fat intake too. That should help a lot. :0)

  • you look so fit and healthy and you are sooooo thin!! you inspire me! :) in my parents house i have found a potato masher-spaetzle maker and i will try to use it 2 make raw pasta... i didn't manage 2buy a spirroli or something .. i will try at first how it tastes and then if i like it i will buy a special gadget! thanx! :)

  • @vdb129 Thank you very much for your kind words. I was really skinny when I made this video...my weight has balanced out very nicely since then. Good idea on waiting to see if you like it before you buy any gadgets. :0)

  • can i use cucumber instead? and can i just use dates instead of the sundried tomatoes? will the sauce still be thick i dont ;like it watery.

  • @xsliceofheavenx Yes, absolutely...I love cucumber noodles! Yes, you can use dates only instead of sd tom's. If you like your sauce really sweet and use a few more dates, it will likely help it to not be as watery, however, I can't say for sure cause I haven't tried this. After you make your sauce, you could always let it sit for a few minutes and drain off any excess water. I'm sure it will still taste delicious! :0)

  • @rawsynergytv Thanks I tried it yesterday and it came out really delicious! It was sweet:) Is raw organically grown dates raw? I love the dates I actually never tried them until yesterday, They taste like toffee caramels MMM:) Can I get fat eating 7 dates a day?

  • @xsliceofheavenx Great to hear! I agree about dates...they are like rich caramels. So Yummy! I sometimes eat 20 or 30 dates a day and don't have any weight issues. I know others who eat a lot more than that and are still skinny, so I don't think you need to worry eating 7. :0)

  • @rawsynergytv The dates are medjool dates and they are soft and delicious:o

  • First of all, no problem...just keep up the sharing. I used this sauce on a pizza along with a seven grain dough I made and it was awesome (the sauce...learned a lot of improvements for the pizza!!). Any way thank you again and I will be checking out more of the recipes you have been generous enough to share. All the best!

  • Ok, I tried the positive..Lets be honest. To that guy, I go to school full time, work full time, commute and everything else that comes my way in life. I was pulling 18-19 hour days to get it all done and if it wasn't for my diet I would have collapsed. I not only did not collapse I thrived and do not remember the last time I was sick. By the way my teeth are just fine. Maybe we could get together, you and I and discuss how weak I am. Speaking of which picking on her...real strong. Loser.

  • I know everybody is getting all negative based on what that guy said...lets change it up to what it is meant to be. First of all I have been a Vegan (cheated a couple of times with cheese) for a while. I am 260 pounds (totally fit), feel better than ever and am here to get more raw food into my diet. Thank you for putting up a recipe that I am looking forward to having tonight, thank you for your effort, and I personally also liked not only the food but the beautiful host. Keep it up. Thanks

  • @explorer1717 Thank you for your sweet comments and for sharing your personal information. It's much appreciated and so important for others to see how healthy the vegan diet really is. :o)

  • Great Video! I am going to try this recipe tonight :). We love watching your videos! You are beautiful!

  • For those of you with negative comments, this lady here is not tying to force her practice on anyone. Rather, she is just showing whoever interested how to make the zuccini pasta with marinara sauce. If you are so against eating raw food, why did you take the time to watch the video? I am not a vegetarian myself but I can combine this with a steak which would not hurt one bit.

  • @ndufcat Thank you for very much for your insightful comments. I agree with you...I don't understand why the naysayers watch. Seems pretty silly. I'm happy you posted!

  • Also, if she is raw vegan, why does she have a microwave oven and conventional oven in the video? That seems like some odd things to have for someone that claims she eats raw vegan foods all the time?

  • @stevenabb Well Steven, I don't know where you live, but where I live every home comes with a stove and microwave. Until I have the ability to build my own home, I'm pretty much stuck with them because they're not mine to dispose of.

  • This woman, says "amazing" "super" "wonderful" to everything...."this raw dirt is so amazingly super delicous, yum..." Get real, she looks horrible!!! She is scrawny, pale and boney, her breasts have colapsed, you call THAT healthy! What a disaster of a diet... If you think in some way restricting humans to a diet that should be given to a gerbile is health, go to a vegan meeting. Those people are anemic with bad teeth. Eating some eggs and cheese. Going to an extreem is just as bad.

  • @stevenabb This coming from a guy who's too much of a coward to post his own videos and put up a picture of himself. Instead of criticizing me, maybe you should look at yourself and ask what's going on inside you, that you feel it necessary to leave negative comments on everyone's videos.

  • @stevenabb wow. she's beautiful. what in the world are you talking about? she's right, put up a pic of yourself and then talk.

  • @stevenabb I bet you are a fat guy, am I wrong? Would be fun tp see if i'm right.

  • @stevenabb Wow! you are such an ASS. I would love to see your girlfriend and what you look like. Please do us the scary honor. This woman is adorable in my opinion and she is taking care of her life. I hope you don't follow her advice, b/ then you will actually feel good and be healthy and I would not want that for you. You sound like a total loser insulting someone who makes a nice video about her life. Great job in getting so many to just hate you and not even know you.

  • @vicky2c I love you, Vicky! Thank you. :o)

  • @rawsynergytv I love you too:)

  • What's the vegan assessment of soy milk? I eat mostly fruits and vegetables, but felt I could get protein from soy milk. Thanks.

  • @forester218 I think the general assessment of soy in a vegan diet is that it's accepted as a health food. However, it's not a part of the 80/10/10 lifestyle. My personal experiences with soy have not been favorable. It has a strong negative effect on my hormone balance & I advise people to avoid it because many people do not do well with it & don't even realize it. As far as protein, we get all the protein we need from eating a wide range of fruits & greens in our diet. Do you use Cron-o-meter?

  • @rawsynergytv Cron-o-meter: I didn't know about it until you mentioned it, and it looks like a great tool. When I started eating 'better' a few years ago, I found that I only needed about 1/2 the amount I had been eating; then I decided that I could have most anything (no meat) in moderation; finally, I learned to sense when I was not really hungry, just craving a 'taste' and finally drank a lot more water. These habits seem to work, and I might experiment with the Cron-o-meter. Thanks again!

  • Don't you miss eating hot food?

  • @0987654321libra Not really. Knowing how tired, sick and bloated it makes me feel after eating it, pretty much removes all desire. Plus, so many of the health issues I had that have vanished from eating this way, would end up returning and I definitely don't want that.

  • How come you have a cooker in your kitchen?

  • @0987654321libra I'm pretty much stuck with it, as most homes come with a stove. However, in my newer videos, you'll notice I've covered it with a cutting board for extra counter space and I've always used the oven as storage. :o)

  • so i just started watching your video's and do you only eat fruits and vegtables? what do you drink? and does your husband do this too? i'm very curious!!

  • @LindseyAnnC Yes, mostly fruit and some greens and that's it. I drink only filtered water and on occasion fresh young thai coconut water. My husband eats 95% raw. The only thing he eats that's cooked is broccoli and vegan, whole wheat crackers.

  • Yummy! I have never tried this but I definately will now :) .. Raw food meals are so quick too! You get much better quality of life with this diet ... and you don't have to sweat over an oven for hours .. love it!

  • u r amazingly gorgeous! so is your pasta :) haha x

  • Could you post more simple yet delicious cooking videos like this one. I enjoyed so much! Thanks!

  • @rccoti1453 I will do my best. So glad you enjoyed!

  • Thanks for the wonderful recipe. Do you know the exact name of the peeler you used? I live in the UK and I've never seen one in the shops, but I'm sure they exist if I know what to ask for, and I also look on the web too.

  • @alvahurley1

Yes, it's called the Titan peeler. There are two different kinds and they both work great.

  • @alvahurley1 Hello :) I just thought I'd comment 'cause I've been trying to find a veggie noodle maker like this for some time now too and I haven't had luck in the shops (I live in Bulgaria btw, the raw food movement isn't too big here) but yesterday on the net I discovered what they're called! Look for "julienne peeler"! There are many different ones you can order online, I'll be buying one on amazon and will finally be able to enjoy raw pasta!!! I'm so excited :D Happy noodle making!

  • @daniyan

Thank you so much for sharing! You can also buy a spiralizer that will make long spaghetti like noodles. I love my julienne peeler though, it's great. :o)

  • @rawsynergytv Oh, my pleasure :) Yes, the spiralizers are cool too, but not nearly as compact as a peeler.

  • Excellent! I'm glad you liked it. That's the great thing about raw recipes, they're so easy to modify, to make them your own. :o)

  • Very good recipe. Thanks!

  • You're welcome. Glad you liked it. Thank you! :o)

  • Thanks for the great videos! I tried this recipe tonight and it was fantastic. The texture was just like regular pasta and I couldn't stop after one helping! Keep up the great work!

  • Awesome! I'm so glad you tried this. It's my favorite.

Thanks so much for watching and leaving your wonderful feedback. :o)
