  • i don`t know that will happen to me in july 16 2011 LOL

  • nice training but i have to agree with the first user comment, i hate that colored belts use red/black v necks . here in colombia is the same thing, and i don t like that uniform for colored belts. :(

  • can somebody please explain to me the ranks of the colored belts? i know white is beginner and black belt is advanced...but what about the belts inbetween? and how do you graduate to a higher belt? is it something the sifu decides or is there some set progression test? im sorry i just started tkd and im am CONFUSED haha

  • @InquisitiveLaughter You have to do agraduation test for every Belt! The Belts are: White, Yellow, Green Blue, Red/Brown and Black!

  • These exercise show good coordination!

  • how does this teach anything

  • its all in the reflecks

  • these r really good exercises i think ill try some of them for tiny tigers. have any more ideas i can do for ages 3-6?

  • @rachael307 taekwondo dodgeball....

  • Why are these kids listening to "All the sexy ladies wanna have sex with us"?

  • because they do

    lol jks

  • legal otimo

  • I find your exercises great and it gives good results to your students. They show good coordination!!

  • i think you should nt let them wear the black or red-black v necks. just imagine wat will others think a black belt or poom belt downgraded?

  • Bellissimo video. Thanks

  • lmao these a lil kids that just started and also its a warm up! no need 2 hate!

  • why are these kids wearing black v-necks that is for the advanced students that is not right

  • i agree i hate to see colored belts whit black v-necks. maybe they wanted mo make more money cause black v-necks are more expensive.

  • Our kids are wearing V-necks with the colours black and red. Like a poom grade.

  • WTF , Is the most hard working org. for its art beside the kukiwon, who doesn't want fighting Vist the Hanmadan & you'll see every thing but not the spiring, don't just set and talk visit korea and chose you path.

  • "ayy...." these kids are weak as hell. We used to jump those mats but 5 to 10 stacked up at a time. it was crazy.

  • waar is da?

ik eb vanavond mijn 1ste taekwondo training

  • lol o.o cute?

  • Their drills are for strengthening their legs and feet.If you try that your self for 100 reps you will have some cramps if your not use to it....

  • not really athletes will survive it easy (beside TKD)but to regular ppls yet it would give cramps

  • yeah. but their reflexes are A BIT SLOW. when they jump, it takes them about 1.5 second to land.

  • WTF is a disgrace to the art of Taekwondo. Firstly tkd is not a sport, merely, wtf practices a watered down version of tae-kwon (not tae kyon). That is: imitating real tae kwon do techniques, without good technique or real philosophy and spirit

  • im 13 and i have to start taekwondo wit 7-13 years old :( i hope that i was 14

  • no tkd is not just sparring!!to be a good fighter you must train all body!brains, body, and spirit!you can*t do that just with fighting trainings,it is wrong opinion

  • WTF is this xD its more like a house party in carnaval xD

  • In the kicking drills a lot of them are really raising their heels off the ground. I think that's actually okay because of the advantage in sparring so you should drill for it, but also drilling with heel grounded is good too.

  • This isn't taekwondo. This is some kids primary gyms or something.

Do these guys ever practice patterns and sparring? Because that's what taekwondo's basically about.

  • Hi, if you look to the video of our trainingcamp for children you will see that this isn't the only thing they do. Indeed they won't be good taekwondo fighters, but they are. We give these training for preventing injuries when they are older and making them more flexibel en faster... If you see taekwondo training just like only taekwondo, you are thinking wrong, taekwondo is lots more than just kicking on eachother, lots more... greets

  • No, this is taekwondo drill.

  • A lot of plyometric drills. Good for speed and explosive power.

  • Thank you for sharing your training with me> I have recently found the passion again, the club I have been blessed in finding has welcomed me in due to my ranking and the club being brand new what a fantastic way to promote fitness, speed and good old fashioned fun I only wish you were living in this area I would treasure the energy you could develop in tomorrows champions. The general would have been stoked and I am sure he is watching.

Yours in Tae Kwon Do Danny

  • lol toward the end they're playing hockey, what does hockey have to do with tae kwon do?

  • playing team sports like hockey, basketball, soccer is always good for any martial arts training cuz it trains reflexes, timing and cardio

  • No it doesn't, you don't know what cardio is. The best way to train cardio is to have measurable progression, not just any activity whatsoever. Reflexes and timing possibly, though soccer would make more sense than hockey for TKD.

  • We also give hockey in our the warming up of our training, because we want develop their motoric system in all the way, not only specific for taekwondo. Because even if they have to quit taekwondo their can stil follow in other sports on motoric development (like this not the legs but more the arms). We also play hochey because the children still have to react on new game situations. (but thats the same like soccer, we play that to).

    Greets

  • great training for kids! great vid!

  • Looks like a fun training session :-)

  • What does this do??? Traingin their quads and calfs?

  • Basically, and I guess if someone is on the ground it would help you stomp on them. Remember they're noobs, it's good coordination type stuff.
