  • I see some folks complaining on the speed of the movements. I am just a begginer and as far as I know this is called Vinyasa or Flow yoga and this type of yoga is performed this way.

  • where did her feet go?

  • I've never done yoga before, and i though this video was helpful, not really relaxing, but a good work out for beginners. But im starting to think this isn't the best video after reading the comments. But im still going to do this lol.

  • if this is supposed to make me so calm and peaceful, why do I want to punch that fast talking instructor in the face.

  • I've done this before, the routine is called Salutation to the Dawn, though i see that some parts were modified and the poses weren't held for long and the pacing is quite fast. But i do remember that this exercise really did me good in terms of relaxation.

  • Go to your address bar, after the word YOU and before the word TUBE, type in "win" then press enter

  • why always women in yogas. is this nothing for men.

  • luv the hair!

  • omg your so beutyful

  • This is a great video, but I wouldn't recommend it for someone new to yoga. Some of the poses are very challenging for a person who has not tried them, especially someone who is overweight and out of shape and just beginning a practice. I'd recommend this as a guide for someone who has a little practice and is more familiar with the headstand, arch, etc.

I do think that the speaker has great pacing, and appreciate the reminders to breathe and to not take it too fast or strain too much.

  • needs to be faster!!!!! just kidding but someone should do a spped yoga video for laughs!!!

i can't wait to get started on yoga, my cubicle is killing me!!!!

  • i was laughing while doing , its too fast..

  • She has nice long hair:) i like the video

  • Trying this video was somewhat defeating and frustrating. It goes so fast and doesn't focus on learning how to breath in yoga. Doesn't seem like it was really made for beginners. I don't know much about yoga besides a handful of classes. But, if I went to them and it was anything like this, I would never go back.

  • I have never done yoga before, but I am pretty active in sports. I found this pace fast, but encouraging and attainable. I treated it as more of a stretching session with breathing advice than a long yoga session. I like it, I'm doing it again later today too.

  • @nthesunbythewater You can just memorize the poses & their order then hold it for 6 breaths or however long you want :]]

  • Is it really commonly done this fast or is it just for the video? I thought you had to hold the poses for a few seconds, this seems to go really fast.

  • Normally, a Yoga Class lasts 60-90 minutes. In Youtube I can post Videos which are 10 Minutes long only. Many enjoy the 10-minute-Yoga session anyhow - in little time you get a lot of benefit. But you are right: Normally you hold the postures longer.

  • Thanks! I actually found the video very useful. I just wasn't sure if I have to switch postures as quickly as the girl in the video when I'm actually doing this.

  • I LOVE that you remind us when to inhale and exhale. I tend to hold my breath. Thank you!

  • i sent this video with all my friends and they are happy to try it

  • Where can I purchase her foot attire?

  • look the video looks good but how can u relax listenin to dat..inhaallee....exhallee far does my head in, i think i ll give it a go wit some otha music in the background...n jus remember to breath

  • Very relaxing and easy for beginners, though the beginning was almost too repetetive. Thanks for the video!

  • Truly very relaxing for the beginner at yoga.. i also practice it when i feel little stressed out....

  • danke schön für diese clip

  • this is very relaxing for the beginner at yoga.. u need to try this if u are interested in yoga and ur not sure how to start

  • Thank you!! I heard that 10 minutes of yoga a day is more beneficial than an hour once a week... I'm sure both are good, but it's good to know that if I'm having a busy day, I can just do 10 minutes and have it still be good for me.

  • I miss Georgina too! )-;

  • I was looking for a short easy exercise to get back into it, this was perfect, thank you!

  • Thank you for this!

  • nice work u ppl doing best of luck

  • Thanks for your video !

  • Where is Georgina I miss her

  • Danke to you both. :)
