I bought it a while ago just on a whim. I LOVE it. I've used a tube and a half already and it's going to be a while before I change concealers. I use the lightest shade and it's perfect for my dark circles and any redness on my face! A+ Maybelline!!!

@sofiafull If your concealer appears cakey it means that you must use a better cream for under-eyes - especially if you do not already use eye cream. :)
@xXLeMoNGuRlxX You can use it over or under your foundation, as long as your foundation is a liquid or cream. Using this over powder foundation would cause the concealer to look cakey.

Personally, I think it's because they'd rather put their funds into CoverGirl. P&G claims MF doesn't sell, but they don't put 1/4 of the effort into advertising for Max Factor as they do for CoverGirl. It's no wonder one doesn't do as well as the other.

I use the 24HR concealer and it is pretty amazing. The only problem I've had with it was that it's been super humid here in the Sunshine State and yesterday when I wore it, it happened to be raining so when I tried to blot it then it came off a little but that was just because of the freckin rain lol

Bought this concealer today in 720 Cream actually from Coles Supermarket here in AU. I saw only 2 products this one and the Ivory you mentioned. I had such problems with dark circles under the eyes, a family prob, I guess. This product seems very good, so light and no caking. I think this will work for me. Hello Pinkiecharm again, my third message in a row)))) It just came to my mind that this concealer might be good for eyelids instead of eye primer? I thought to actually give it a try, as it doen not transfer and literally sticks to your skin....just sharing my thoughts....)))
Also another thing and this is a suggestion for pINKIEcharm)))) if you reckon it's too light for you- apply it prior applying your foundation, that's what I do and it works wonders!!! Seriously!! It is great for that purpose as it literally sticks as you maybe know to your face so it won't be moved when you apply your foundation hope this helps
I agree with heyitskristie: same thing happens to me- it is too heavy for under eye concealer and gets into fine lines. however it is very good for concealing spots or blemishes on your skin , like chin for instance

I think when companies say "fragrance free" they are saying that they have not added any extra fragrances. However, the product may have a scent just because the ingredients of the product have their own fragrance.
when finding a concealer, a lot of people say that you find it 3 shades lighter and some people say you find it according to your foundation/ or actual skin color. im confused, please help!!
@colormerainboww It depends on where you want to use the concealer. For under-eye circles, you'd want something that's a shade lighter than your foundation so as not to over emphasis dark circles. Concealer should closely match your foundation not your skin color, which your foundation should matter anyway. I'm sure if you ask someone else she'll say something different. ;)
@lennonfan77 It's a personal preference. I find it easier to apply it after foundation as most often it covers areas that need concealing & so I need less concealer. Also when applying foundation, concealer can be buffed off which means you have to go back and reapply and that's just more work in the long run. :)

Beware fellow dry-skinned peoples, this product dries extremely quicky, is difficult to blend, and tends to appear cakey (in my experience anyway).

i have combination skin with lots of blemishes, do you think this would work for me over those? a lot of people say they dont like it, but im not sure. its either this or the dream mousse concealer

Hello Pinkiecharm again, my third message in a row)))) It just came to my mind that this concealer might be good for eyelids instead of eye primer? I thought to actually give it a try, as it doen not transfer and literally sticks to your skin....just sharing my thoughts....)))

Also another thing and this is a suggestion for pINKIEcharm)))) if you reckon it's too light for you- apply it prior applying your foundation, that's what I do and it works wonders!!! Seriously!! It is great for that purpose as it literally sticks as you maybe know to your face so it won't be moved when you apply your foundation hope this helps

I agree with heyitskristie: same thing happens to me- it is too heavy for under eye concealer and gets into fine lines. however it is very good for concealing spots or blemishes on your skin , like chin for instance

I actually think this is a so-so concealer. On me, it actually does look dry under my eyes and settles into fine lines after a few hours :[

UGH, i just got this concealer the other day, and i HATE HATE HATE it, it drys my skin, it looks SO cakey on my skin.and im fixing to go out and i put it on, and OMFG i cant get it off!

I've never found a maybelline face products that I like either. But have been reading some good reviews on the new 24-hr Foundation. I think I'll take the plunge and try it out. I usually wear TM for most days a Stila oil-free foundation for a more dressy look.

Thanks for the review! Yeah I bought the 24hr concealer in light/medium (if I remember right).. but somehow the shade was off even though it's my color? Should I get a lighter one then or a medium one?..so confused!

I think when companies say "fragrance free" they are saying that they have not added any extra fragrances. However, the product may have a scent just because the ingredients of the product have their own fragrance.

when finding a concealer, a lot of people say that you find it 3 shades lighter and some people say you find it according to your foundation/ or actual skin color. im confused, please help!!

@colormerainboww It depends on where you want to use the concealer. For under-eye circles, you'd want something that's a shade lighter than your foundation so as not to over emphasis dark circles. Concealer should closely match your foundation not your skin color, which your foundation should matter anyway. I'm sure if you ask someone else she'll say something different. ;)

@lennonfan77 It's a personal preference. I find it easier to apply it after foundation as most often it covers areas that need concealing & so I need less concealer. Also when applying foundation, concealer can be buffed off which means you have to go back and reapply and that's just more work in the long run. :)
