At first I thought it was just a preset from something low end too, but this has way too much detail and looks very close to the original. The presets for this sort of effect on most camera phones/software doesn't look half as good as this. And from the fact that he uses final cut pro, it doesn't surprise me.

Yeah I compressed really small to get it on youtube. It's shot on an HVX200 Panasonic Camera so the quality is great. I would put up the better quality video but this one already got too many views for me to want to re-post it. Final Cut Pro has a video filter called Line Art which looks like the A-Ha video. I had the power to make a parody and this is what I came up with in a day. I tweaked it a little outside of the filter but nothing special. Thanks for the view.
