Anyways this belkin outlet how long does it last, when will i have 2 replace it. If i have my ps3 plugged in, its on and i forgot to turn it off b4 the tv (tv is in the main outlet) is it going to damage my ps3 by forcefully turning off my ps3? I have my TV, PS3, and my laptop plugged into my outlet i have now, should i purchase a differ OL?

One, I leave my computer on 24/7, so auto-off features don't really interest me much. Two, I much prefer Tripp-Lite's lineup of surge protectors; especially ones like the TLP1008TELTV model. They're cheap, well-built and reliable. I've seen them used in demanding professional applications, too; I've worked as a merchant mariner, and we had a couple in the engine room area where a lot of dust and soot gets blown around. They worked great.
