Imagine the courts decided ID was science - are you telling me the evolutionists would accept that judgement. The very fact they had to take the issue to court to silence opposition suggests to me that evolution has something to hide.

If i see miracles happen on a daily account, then that proves my God(Jesus) is real and has power over all. He can heal the sick and raise the dead.

Specilum, not people in general, specific people. For privacy you don't need to tell me their names, but you must know them. Better yet, since this is so important, they should be willing to come forward with their stories but for ethical reasons you cannot reveal who they are without their permission. Then you need medical examinations recorded before and afterwards. This is the bare minimum.

The Bible and Jesus have never said I have to heal someone and then set up control groups to do further tests.

I just heal them in the name of Jesus and then tell them the truth about God. and disiple them and teach them so they can do the same to others

No, Specilum, you need those things too to use this youtube, your computer, any drugs you take, to drive your car, to makes phone call, etc etc etc. You don't know how the technology came about. So far you have not given even a single case - Do I have to conclude that you are avoiding because you don't have any evidence to back up your claims? ONE solid example is all I'm asking for, just one that you can verify.

I dont need to know how an internal combustion engine works to drive my car... I just know it works and trust it to get me to work... same idea here... I dont know the exact change that takes place in a persons body when I command it to be healed in the name of Jesus... I just know it works, and I put my faith in the Bible, and Jesus :-)

Now you also need control groups who had the same diagnosis before and did not get healed in an equivalent time. You also need to have the medical records so you know it wasn't from a medical procedure. There was a beautification done where the person was being treated; such cases need to be thrown out because treatment is not a miracle. You need to double blind the experiment. Finally, you need enough examples to get a statiscally significant result so you are not fooling yourself.

I'm sure I've forgotten lots of things: proper protocols for human experimentation. These are all things that scientists have to face when testing a drug no wonder they are so expensive! But you can't neglect them. Anecdotal examples are nice but it's REALLY easy to be fooled by apparently exciting results! I know, it's happened to me many times! Then one has to come back to earth when one realizes the trivial explanation or whatever. Rarely one DOES have a cool result - and those we publish!
