it is cody garcia. he is my uncle. he was in an old wichita falls band called gary and the wisemen back before bowling for soup existed with him and bfs's drummer, gary wiseman. he knows all the guys and helped jaret write the song, so they named it cody.

Since I posted the video, I have had the opportunity to meet Cody. Thanks for your comments and clearing up the history. I am just glad that the video still exists, though it is a bit dark because it is not an original copy.

FYI... the reason it is dark was because the copy I have was from a TV show I did for Vista Cable and they made me bring down the video luminance to broadcast it.
