0:00 - 0:17 is like free time from work/skool 0:18 - 0:32 is leaving for said occupation and dealing with the droll and the commuting to the job and 0:33 - 0:48 is the job (the specific type i think of is some sort of manufacturing job)
the hardest parts of this song are synchronizing the wrist thumping with the right hand string muting (and the purcussive middle finger on most upbeats). not that that is exactly... easy or anything.
what's the name of the techniques he's doing, when he's finger picking and beating on the guitar at the same time? I just learned how to do that yesterday lol
I'm not sure if i love the sound of the guitar or the song more.. I'm opting for the song though. This is a refreshing change from some of the other artists from CandyRat records i like (Don Ross, Antoine Dufour, etc) Bravo!
You know what pisses me off? Turning on the radio. The crap (Pure) thats getting pumped thru the the air is awful! Nothing worse than hearing all these talentless millionairs day after day. People like Stefano are the true talents. It's a damn shame I can't jam to this when driving to work every day.
@ptdanielson though I agree, I think you are missing the point of the radio and pop music. Pop music is simply stuff most people generally like. It's catchy and often up beat. Sure this style is more complex and takes a long time to master, but not everyone wants to turn on the radio and listen to instrumental guitar music. because if there was a mass need for it, there would be stations that play it.
@ptdanielson the radio is music mcdonalds man. Don't hate on pop artists, no one who knows anything is calling them real music. If you want real food you have to look for a nice specific place, find other likeminded people that enjoy finer music dining and don't worry about the bubblegum. Lots of people chew it up but no one calls it the same level as this
This is dope.
