I also believe cruelity to animals is not good and will bring bad Karma. I also believe Cruelity exist in all cultures. How the Europeans Colonizers in the pass killed off all the natives in Americas, Australia, Asia etc and took over their land all around the world. Racist people are just that. They will use whatever excuse to justify their prejudice. Racisim will always exist whenever there are differences. They will take whatever opportunities to put others down no matter what, be it their diet, culture, manners, their racial characteristic, looks, language etc. I'm sure those who make themselves heard here, you will probably find them making the same remarks on other youtube videos as well. It does not matter where you are from it is what you like. I have heard of Americans eating snakes and roaches and ants.
