The most interesting bit of news for M.U. this week, at least for me, is the story about Welbeck joining Everton on loan. Couldn't ask for a better club/manager for him to play for, but will he see the minutes he needs. At the same time, Sunderland are keen to see Welbeck return for another loan spell. Depending on how Everton plan to use him, I'd almost prefer Welbeck to go back to sunderland if he'd see more minutes with the cats. Important season for welbeck to determine his united future.

I'm delighted Odemwingie won't be joining the gunners. He's class and would have have been an immense signing for arsenal. It also pleases me that Henderson won't be joining United. 20mil would have been big ticket for a young CM with potential when united have a bag full of talent at that position in the reserves/academy. I think Phil Jones will be more useful to united than Henderson and cost a bit less.
