Download a program called MP3myMP3, it allows you to record anything playing through your soundcard to an mp3 file. Just turn it on, hit record, then play this youtube video. Simple :)

Sometimes MP3myMP3 doesn't work with some peoples' soundcards though, so if that happens you might be able to find some other devices that do the same thing but are more complex to use with some searching.
