No way dude, I have that exact same guitar! I love my ovation, but the input is messed up so right now it's purely acoustic.

As for the song, it's not bad but it would be better if it were in a higher key, probably with the capo on the 6th or 7th fret. The higher in the range that your vocals are, the more personality you can put into it. And since vocals are almost always the focus of the song, it's kinda important. Something to think about.
