I started The Formula 1 shakes on 10/3/10 @ 272.8 today 10/13/10 i'm 256.6. 14.2 pounds in 10 days! 2 shakes a day, 2 snacks and 1 meal. just started thermobond and the 21 day cleanse on 10/11/10. No more junk, like soda, chips or McD's for me its water, fruit, and veggies.

great video. i started consuming herbalife almost 2 months ago and i only have lost 6 lbs :(,thankz for saying that drinking water will help speed up the weight loss. any idea to make the tropical shake more "richy" in flavor?

Ok so today I changed with a diffrent distributor and she actually did give me the tea I'm going to start taking it tomorrow .... So is it better to make the formula 1 with water or soy milk???

@ladytears760 that depends on you, but I have been doing it for 14 years with water! When I do let my hair down the soy milk is like a desert!
